We were directed to NGU Rosewood and 2 other agents by an agent search service. What really impressed me with Jackson Timmins was not that his appraisal was over $100,000 more than the other agents (which he achieved and then some), it was the time he took to call us back to discuss the property, the sales strategy and costs. While Jackson's communication skills were superb, it was his persistence in following up that really made the difference and closed the sale for us. Could not recommend him any higher.

I can only say I had the best experience with Jackson . He always always kept me in the loop, he would always return my calls and true to the agents name , Jackson never gave up . He worked tirelessly to get the price I wanted and he has to be the politest young man I’ve met in a long time. I would recommend him to any of my friends I know that are selling.

Cannot rate Jacksons performance high enough. If there was a 6 star option, he would get it! His professionalism, and willingness to go "above and beyond" outside of regular hours was greatly appreciated. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and have never had an interaction with an agent like this. It was more like dealing with a family friend than just someone engaged to sell our house (so much so we have already invited Jackson for a "tasty beverage or two" at our new place}. Would highly recommend NGU Lifestyle if you are looking to sell.

Jackson was awesome, he took time to learn about who we were and what we expected from the marketing of our property . He met our needs and put a huge effort into securing the right price for us He kept his optimism as we received silly offers or ones that were unrealistic Would recommend him as a true and knowledgeable professional.
