From the very beginning he was prepared, he had paper copies of the building and pest reports at auction, answered all out questions and clearly knew the property he was selling in depth. He knew all the names of our neighbours and could tell us details of the neighbourhood we’d be moving to. He was very communicative throughout the whole process and easy to contact.
