Great result and excellent service from Jacky and Owen

I had a really positive experience selling our home with Jacky Chu and Owen Chen from Place Sunnybank. Jacky and Owen were our main agent and they were always easy to communicate with, kept us updated throughout the campaign and was honest with us about the feedback he was receiving from buyers. We never felt pressured and always felt that they had our best interests in mind. The auction campaign was well managed, and the Place Sunnybank team did a great job creating interest and getting genuine buyers through the property. On auction day, everything was handled professionally and smoothly, and we were very happy with the outcome. I would like to shout out to Lincoln for his support. It was reassuring knowing that all three gentlemen had an experienced and supportive team behind them throughout the process. the current market is experiencing some changes but Owen, Jacky and Lincoln made the whole experience much easier than we expected.
