Overall found Jacky to be good to communicate with, generally very prompt in replying to messages. Knowledgeable about local area and able to link us in with other businesses to support transaction. However, when initially signing contract of sale, we felt pressured to sign and in hindsight felt that the conditions and due dates of the contract could have been better communicated. Has these expectations been clearly established, the overall process could have been a bit smoother.

Jacky is the selling agent for my House in East Bendigo. The house was listed in March, amidst the Pandemic period. Naturally, enquiries were very limited. To worsen matters, open for inspections was also harder too due to government restrictions. Jacky did not give up and continued showing the property to any interested person privately. He also took the effort to constantly update me on the happenings to this property and the Bendigo market itself which made me feel secured and confident that the property was in good hands. By May, the pandemic in Bendigo has improved significantly. As such, interests for this property begins to mount. Jacky pushed on to have the property marketed and opened to as wide a spectrum of buyers as possible. Soon, I started to receive multiple offers. By July, I had an offer that came very close to my desired price and with this, the deal was sealed. One interesting point that I observed during the duration of this marketing period was Jacky's ability to connect with the Asian community here in Bendigo, from which he has a very strong following. This certainly opened up more doors for the property to be sold quicker and possibly, for a better price. Jacky certainly met my expectation in the sale of this property. Highly recommended!
