From my initial phone call with Jacky he was both knowledgeable, friendly and efficient being able to answer all of my questions and enquiries. Upon viewing the property he went above and beyond showcasing all of the features the home had to offer including the common rooftop space in the pouring rain and even offered for me to view the property outside of the scheduled viewings, including on a Sunday. He had fantastic communication skills and offered constant follow up throughout the negotiations. He made the sale process seamless and was very honest.
