This is my second home sale with Jacob, the process was so simple. He was able to reuse pictures and save us money. sold for several tens of thousands more than I was anticipating and he priced it to perfection to achieve that result. Kept me informed at everystep. One buyer backed out but Jacob kept contact with other buyers and we ended up with a contract with no clauses and unconditional in a matter of days! Repeat customer says it all, he does great work and is down to earth. Thanks Jacob!

In the last 12 months we have bought two properties and sold one with Jacob. He is a very genuine person who has a passion for what he does which is evident in his astounding local knowledge of the suburb and real estate market. He listened to our goals and delivered outcomes. We put our trust into Jacob and his strategic vision to sell our property. We are fortunate enough to be linked with a buyer that will hopefully love our home as much as we have! Thank you Jacob and Palace Property

Jacob was polite, always on time & got us a fantastic price. If you are looking for an honest hardworking agent then look no futher.

Jacob was awesome to deal with. Always made himself available to answer any questions I had & be there when we needed. Everything went to plan and he was informative throughout the whole process. Would recommend him to anyone selling or buying!

Jake was very professional to deal with. He was always easy to contact, provided good advice to prepare our property for sale, and sold it within 5 days of listing for more than we were asking. I would buy or sell property again with Jake without hesitation.

Jacobs truly a great bloke, with a high level of work ethic, integrity and professionalism. His knowledge of the market and the process was impressive. He kept us up to date with everything that we needed to know and made himself available whenever we had questions day and night. He achieved a price on our property that well exceeded our expectations. I will definitely be selling through Jacob again in the future and would recommend him to all. Thanks again mate.

Jacob was awesome, very easy to approach. Kept us updated and the price exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the amount of commission we had to pay

We initially chose Jacob because of his reputation and we weren’t disappointed. The property never made it to market, Jacob negotiated a pre market sale getting us a great price. He is very knowledgeable in regards to the area and all questions were answered confidently and most importantly sincerely. He kept us up to date with every step along the way. Would highly recommend

We have bought and sold many houses through the years but have never experienced an agent with such a passion and knowledge of the local area. Jacob was outstanding from appraising the property initially, promptly answering any questions, dealing with any problems ( nothing was too much trouble), right to ensuring a smooth sale of the property. We would highly recommend him as a honest, hard working, reliable agent .

Jacob was once again professional, honest and found us just the right property in the location we love. Nothing is ever too much trouble and he strives to get everything running smoothly and promptly.Highly recommend Jacob as an excellent, knowledgeable agent.

Jacob recently sold our house in less than a week!!! The house needed work but we had confidence that Jacob was the best person to sell due to his extensive knowledge of not only real estate in general but renovating as well. Throughout the process Jacob was patient, understanding and motivated. Jacob is very genuine, down to earth and always happy to go above and beyond for his clients. I’d 10/10 recommend him to anyone selling their house and you’re in great hands if you’re buying with him.
