Poor Communication, Unprofessional

As soon as the property was sold Jacob had zero interest in communicating and ensuring I was issued the full set of keys for my unit purchased. My new managing agent was missing keys in the handover, which we repeatedly asked Jacob for - as he used these during the sales process. Jacob avoided all calls and messages. He cared purely for the sale/commission, pushing for an asking price on the property, yet showing zero interest in actually following through with the buyer during and following the sale.
