The best word to describe my dealings with Jacob is "seamless". From the moment I first viewed 85 Franklin St, Jacob came across as informative on his knowledge of the property and very receptive and perceptive to all my requirements. I knew he was acting in the best interests of the vendor (as he should have been) yet gave me very clear parameters as to the vendors expectations. After negotiations we reached a mutually agreeable figure and we sealed the property. I felt very happy with the way the negotiations played out and happy with the result.
