Jacob seemed to be very good at his profession. He got far more than we imagined for our property. Over time (a few years) he didn’t hound us with phone calls. If I said we weren’t ready to sell and I said ring back in 6 months he would. Other agents would call more often. That’s why he got the job. After 34 years we are finally moving.
