Sorry to keep you waiting for your review Jacob, (who gets a review half way through a job) after 5 reminders enjoy the read as promised. 2 stars and that's a stretch only because Jacob did let me see the property privately. All down hill after that. Jacob was rude and patronising. Jacob takes no responsibility and a poor communicator and clearly doesn't listen blames everyone from the seller, to the conveyancer to strata or me the buyer. What should have been 4 week settlement ended up 9?? Jacob lost me when he casually told me "Sorry, haven't put a SOLD sign on have been too busy moving myself" who cares! Rather you'd said nothingl! Final inspection a joke couldn't check roller door no remote (still waiting for that, no it wasn't in the kitchen draw), couldn't check the a.c. no batteries and don't mention the tree saga. No not your problem Jacob. Remember shouldn't matter if you sell a $400,000 property or $1000000 mansion everyone deserves to be treated with respect . Hey Jacob there's the letterbox "der" wasn't a conversation I was having with you. Anyway finally over and have dealt with lovely ladies looking after my rental. Not sure what happened to Luke.
