Patience and understanding

We initially met Jacob in Feb when he sold a house up the road. It was an incredibly busy open and he was calm, together and strong. We spoke a few times over the following months about the options of selling our house and the forecast of the market given the turbidity of the global economy. Throughout all my 'quick chats' he was understanding, generous with his time and knowledge and he was on board with our style of market approach. When we had the house sorted, he offered some off market opens; the logistics were smooth and he knew the exact process and was so open in his communication that we never felt unsure or in doubt. Ultimately due to a few sudden economy changes, we paused the sale for a couple of months. Jacob stayed in touch and remained a guiding voice around what was a lot of uncertainty. When we were ready to go to market, Jacob the whole team at Harcourts were so kind and swift, we were able to have the house on the market with an open within a few days, the photos were amazing and the conversation with Jacob was positive. He knew the direction our house was going and was uplifting that we could achieve what we needed for our future. We had an offer on the weekend of the open and we accepted without hesitation as it was within our price range and was an easy safe sale for us.
