Jacob listened to me and helped myself and my siblings sell our family home. It is quite difficult & emotional to say goodbye to our home that we all grew up in, that our parents built. I feel that some real estate agents can be uncaring & don’t really HEAR you, and can be quite aggressive in their selling techniques, but Jacob certainly did listen to us & did care & was a gentleman all round.
