Hard working and excellent communicator

We sold with Jacob in a tough market and got a fantastic result, above our expectations. We interviewed 3 agents and decided on Jacob because of his local knowledge and reputation as well as his candidness. Jacob was an extremely hard worker, I don't know what (if any) days he takes off, because he was always meeting with prospective buyers, running the open homes and keeping in touch. On this point, Jacob is an excellent communicator, he kept us well informed of what was happening and made it clear throughout that we were in charge. He made a number of recommendations throughout the process (which we followed) and we were very happy with the outcome. Our house sold in 4 weeks for a price we were very happy with, especially in tough market conditions! We've already recommended Jacob to family (they have also signed with him after meeting other agents) and would definitely recommend him to others.
