Most agents play at ten but Jacob goes "up to eleven". This was our first time selling a home. But not the first time we had interacted with agents and what sets Jacob aside is his actual warmth and genuine manner. Charm aside (and he has a lot of that) he was everything we needed in an agent. He was always contactable when you needed him. He took the time to explain things- even a third time even though you should've been listening the first time. And so, so very helpful. We wanted to change the carpets. Bam! Jacob had a number. We wanted to stage the house. Kapow! here's two quotes; and when the hope was gone and we were drowning in the quick sand of Red Tape; in came Jacob, and like Peter Cetera he came in like a knight in shining armour from a long time ago, just in time to save the day. All this is to say. You won't be disappointed with Jacob and his team. You can trust them and they certainly deliver. When Jacob confidently tells you he can sell your house.... he really can. An absolute delight to work with. 11/10 for sure.
