Jacob was easy to get on with, being both open with his opinions and constructive in his assessment of our property and expectations. We were contacted after every home inspection to supply feedback on prospective buyers. Once a week we received a report on current market trends and figures related to internet interest regarding our property. Midway through the campaign Jacob requested a meeting where we debated both positive and negative aspects of the sale, and reassessed our expectations. I have been involved in the sale of numerous properties both professionally and personally and can say without a doubt that our dealing with Jacob and his team, was the easiest.
