Jacob and the team were very helpful on our purchase. they communicated clearly, turned things around quickly, helped negotiate special terms, accommodated my partner to inspect the property another time, was polite, respectful and likeable and even pulled together a shortlist of other properties sold that met our needs to give us an idea. If/when we sell I would definitely consider him given his reach in the area. Having just gone through another purchase recently we encountered some poor agents which really made Jacob stand out as one of the better agents we've ever dealt with.
