Jacob knew exactly what was happening in the local market, was prompt in his responses, had knowledge of the new budget changes and even accepting calls outside of work hours. As a shift worker this was extremely helpful. He was able to bridge the gap between buyer and seller, something even the paid solicitors struggled to do during the sale process as the seller was overseas. He was kind and understanding and made our experience very pleasant.
