Jacob was very competitive in his quote for my business which was to sell my townhouse in Gaythorne Brisbane. He was very keen to get me the price I wanted and worked hard to identify buyers and provide quality marketing for the house. He regularly held open houses and kept me informed of progress after every inspection. While we did not achieve the asking price, the unit was being sold in a buyers market with quite a lot of stock out there.
