Jacob was a late addition to our selling team & it became apparent quite quickly that he would be an asset to our team! He has a grace and charisma far beyond his years which he supports by having incredible skills and knowledge within his craft. It may seem insignificant but Jacob took the time to learn all about our property so that he was well educated & positioned to answer any queries he received during our open houses confidently. For us, this says a lot about the kind of agent Jacob is and that he appreciates and understands the emotions involved with selling a home; this attention to detail shows how much he values and respects his clients and how they're feeling about the state-of-play. Jacob is such engaging individual who can strike the perfect balance between professional & casual every interaction with him was done in a kind, courteous & fun manner. He even took the time to lavish our animals with love and not fuss about the hair on his suit; big win in our eyes! Thank you so much for helping us sell our home Jacob, to say we were thrilled to have you as part of our team is an understatement.

Jacob was the agent acting for the Vendor. He was approachable at all the open inspections, willing to work through our questions about the property, and proactive with any follow-up. Thank you, Jacob!
