As first home buyers the whole buying a house 'journey' has been an interesting one. We've bid at auctions both against people and as the only bidder in some cases and somehow had no luck in both cases. When we met Jacob though that changed, while the 1st house we looked at wasn't right he more or less sat down with us and figured out what we were really after; a few weeks later he sent through a property that ticked all our boxes (despite being listed for auction still) - he however helped us with making an offer on the house prior to auction and really assisted us in facilitating a price that worked for us and the sellers - as well as opening us up to the idea of being able to move in prior to settlement etc. Never found him pushy or salesman like, just a friendly dude selling houses and wanting to help people actually get what's right for them, instead of what's just available. If we sell this house in the future or look at investing etc there is no doubt in my mind that our first port of call will be Jacob, couldn't recommend him enough.
