Jacob has been outstanding. I first contacted Jacob for an appraisal and asked for ideas on renovations aimed at achieving the best possible price for my aging property. Jacob provided me with some ideas and when asked arranged for multiple tradesmen to come and provide quotes. Once I had decided on what work I wanted to carry out, Jacob arranged for the tradesmen to come and complete the work. Nothing has been too much trouble for Jacob. Jacob has an engaging and confident personality and I am sure that is half the reason why Jacob can achieve a great price in a quick timeframe.
