My experience with Jacob was good. He is a down to Earth bloke that was polite and professional and that could answer all my questions about the property I purchased. He was not pretentious nor egotistic, traits that I have experienced with real estate agents in the past. He maintained contact with me throughout the initial interest I displayed for the property to to the offer I made and eventual exchange of contracts.
