I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jacob to anyone wanting to buy or sell a property in the ACT. I’ve done both and on each occasion he was professional, knowledgeable and communicative with a warm and friendly manner. He was determined to obtain the right price with my recent sale and did so. Thanks Jacob!
Wonderful dealing with Jason and Jessie. Excellent communication, very proactive and helpful. Would use them both again, without hesitation.
Right from the very first meeting Jacob was a pleasure to deal with. Taking us through the sale process with clarity and openness, before working together to develop a sales strategy that suited both us and the property, we deeply appreciated his professionalism, knowledge and candour. The result was beyond our expectations, with excellent interest in the property and generous offers being made right from the first open house. Jacob kept us fully informed throughout the sale process, at the same time keeping buyer interest high and ultimately getting us the best possible price for the property. Following this, Jacob spent a great deal of time ensuring that the expectations of the buyer were both realistic and satisfied, and that our interests were well represented in our absence. Jacob exhibited great presence throughout the process, leading and mediating wherever it was necessary, and was instrumental in getting us the best price for our home. He was at all times open, receptive and considerate, with a great sense of humour and a ready ear to listen and respond to our needs and concerns. We would have no hesitation in recommending Jacob or to engaging his services again in the future.
Jacob and Jesse were a pleasure to deal with. Their strategy and approach to our sale made the process clear. They worked through a tricky selling situation and kept us informed along the way. They achieved a great outcome for us. Would highly recommend them and their third party recommendations.
Jacob and Jesse were absolutely exceptional throughout the entire process of selling our home. Jacob’s depth of knowledge, extensive experience, and the time and care he dedicated to every detail truly set him apart. From start to finish, their professionalism, clear communication, and genuine kindness made what could have been a stressful experience feel seamless and rewarding. We couldn’t have asked for a better team to represent us. We highly recommend Jacob at The Property Collective to anyone looking for an outstanding real estate experience!
Jacob made buying my first property a really smooth experience. He was professional, patient, and easy to deal with throughout the process. I appreciated the clear communication and honest advice. It made a big difference as a first-time buyer. I’d happily recommend Jacob to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thanks Jacob!!
Jacob helped us sell our apartment in Greenway, we came back to him as he had sold it to us some five years ago and we were impressed with him then. His advice and hard work had the apartment fixed up , styled and ready to go on the market in no time. The video of our place was outstanding. Once he commenced the Open home program we had a number of inspections and second look potential buyers. After only two weeks Jacob negotiated with the eventual buyers and we settled well above our expected price. his experience and local knowledge is without fault , a great agent if your considering buying or selling
Our dealings in purchasing this unit were so easy and stress free. Jacob was brilliant through every step along the way.
They were able to walk me though the Market position of my property, clearly communicated each stage of of the sales process and made it very easy
Jacob and Nathan did a great job selling our Greenway townhouse. Most of the work was conducted whilst we were overseas. Very happy with the communications and professional approach
You could not find a better realtor to guide you through the process of selling your home than Jacob Stanton. From start to finish Jacob was a great communicator, helped us understand the process and ultimately we were very happy with the outcome.
