Jacob was terrific as our agent guiding us through to the successful sale of our family home. We especially appreciated his local knowledge and input into the various services we wished to engage to prepare the house for sale, including painters, flooring contractors and gardeners. It would have been impossible to present the home for sale as well as it was without him. At all times we found Jacob to be friendly and courteous, and welcomed his transparency in all discussions relating to the process of selling our home.
