Jacob took care of everything as expected. Ended up selling i think in about 14 days to an investor. Only criticism is the fees. I paid good money for the marketing package which had my listing do well. In the end an investor bought the place with no desire to inspect property. They got us to round about where we needed to be and sale was done within about 14 days. I still go charged full fees even though i was told we can talk about it when times comes. This didn't happen and the invoice was promptly sent to my solicitor without any consultation. Given the fairly quick sale and the investor not even wanting to go through the property meant for a pretty easy sale. I would have thought i might have been taken care of here a little. Other than that easy doing business with Jacob.
