Jacob was the strongest and with his local knowledge is who we decided upon. At all times Jacob was professional and a very good communicator. He gave us lots of tips to make our home and property the best for selling. Our house went on the internet on a Thursday, home open on Saturday and was under offer on Sunday. Jacob and his team really delivered on his initial sales pitch getting a price we were happy with. He was in regular contact keeping us informed of the journey and he and his team supported us all the way through to settlement. We would certainly use his services again.

Jacob is very personable and makes you feel comfortable that he is your "mate". Once we signed the paper work we pretty much never saw him again. We had 4 open houses ( which only had ad signs on our street which was a cul de sac) these netted 2 people. Daniel did all the work for our property and he was a brand new agent. Can't fault him. We have bought and sold 6 properties over the last 25 years and Jacob would have to be the worst agent we ever had. I would never deal with this company again. Jacob is all about internet and investors and as it turned out another agent from another company sold our house. This review is not sour grapes as we are now in a great place but I do think all the awards have hurt Jacob's work/people connection and the one star I give is only because he did all the paperwork. He needs to remember where he began.
