We found Jacob to be very helpful and friendly. Prior to our bid, he provided us with highly relevant information that made our purchase decision easier. Although we had some issues after exchange, Jacob was always available to answer our calls and to liaise with the vendors. This allowed the issues to be resolved with a minimum of fuss.
