What a breath of fresh air! I've dealt with a lot of real agents in my time whether it be buying, selling or helping family members. I've always had the ... well, "I know you're just here to sell and all I can see is how much commission you're going to make out of this." They visit, they look around, their facial expressions seem to say a lot. You know you're going to get negative news, and my instinct proves me right. They tell you how the market is, that you're expecting too much for your home, that .. bla bla bla. There. That about sums up my experience - like dealing with a car salesman. Now, bring in Jacq. Totally different. From the start. Positive, positive, ... did I mention positive? When she came over for an assessment, I'm looking for angles and "techniques" and all that. Didn't see it. So ... genuine? Do I dare say that word? A genuine real estate sales person. That's a scary thought - but it's true. From day one, she took out a camera and went for it. The video went online that day and "likes" were had everywhere. Our last real estate agent took three months and had about 3 people every so often. Jacq? The first opening had over 40 people! We had a contract in NO time. Jacq? Highly recommended! Absolutely!
