We first met Peter in 1999 after relocating from Melbourne. We were introduced by a Buyers’ Agent who spoke well of him and mentioned that he was the first agent to sell a residential property in Sydney (Boomerang) for over a $1million. We saw Peter in action when inspecting houses for sale at that time. We eventuated in purchasing a house that Peter wasn’t selling but knew then that we would be seeking his assistance when it came our time to sell. That time came when we decided to sell our Backpacker Hostel, better known to some as the old Sydney Eye Hospital.
