I first met Jacqueline Blanks over a year ago when I asked her to come and do an appraisal at our home in Cleveland. At the time I also asked four other agents from other companies to give me an appraisal. One agent was too relaxed for me, one was very critical of our home, one gave me a rock bottom appraisal, and one was in my face, just full of himself.
