I first met Jacqueline Blanks over a year ago when I asked her to come and do an appraisal at our home in Cleveland. At the time I also asked four other agents from other companies to give me an appraisal. One agent was too relaxed for me, one was very critical of our home, one gave me a rock bottom appraisal, and one was in my face, just full of himself. Jacqueline wasn't either of the above which impressed me so I asked her to send me a letter from time to time which she did. After a year we got her back to our house to give us an updated appraisal, she gave us an accurate appraisal amount which I felt we needed to be & most importantly what I believed our home was worth. Jaqueline arranged to have a video of the house done and it was superb, keeping in mind it was a beautiful home. I was happy that Jacqueline did what we asked and she was professional in every way. She kept in close communication with us all the time which was totally important for us. Our house sold in two days for the price we wanted.
