My wife and I are Kirra beach locals since 2008. I met with Jacqueline and Paul and their local knowledge and approach to selling made sense in a rising market. The presentation of both our properties was excellent, both the written description and photos and videos. Jacqueline advised on presentation for open for inspections, attracted a good selection of potential buyers with the first unit being sold above asking price within a few days and the second unit which had a significantly higher price point selling within 3 weeks.
