My wife and I are Kirra beach locals since 2008. It was in 2019 (or was it 2020?– Jaxs will know) when we first meet with Base Property Group’s Kirra Beach Real Estate specialist, Mrs Jacqueline Chapman, while we were inspecting an Apartment for sale in the ‘Zinc’ Building here in Kirra. Whilst we didn’t end up doing a deal at the time with Jacqueline, my wife and I were impressed with her attention to the detail of the property. After a brief time with Jacqueline we both could tell she knew the mkt she was dealing in but what really gave me a lasting impression was her calm and pleasant demeanor. Fast forward to around mid-2022 and we both again caught up with Jacqueline this time as one of the specialist selling agents for Kirrasurf Apartments. Jacqueline had just sold for a record price in the Kirrasurf build a 2 bedroom beach fronting apartment which just so happened to be located on the other end of the same floor we occupied. Unlike when we first meet up to chat about the Zinc apartment, this time around my wife and I decided engage Jacqueline to sell our 3 bedroom apartment. I recall how she spent the time with us, going through the various pricing points and most importantly, she listened to the needs we had. My experience with most real estate agents is they seem to talk twice as much as they listen. Jacqueline is different as she takes the time to listen to you. To suffice to say, Jacqueline sold the apartment in one day and secured an incredible sales price for us and we both couldn’t be happier. We can both honestly say when it comes to the Kirra Beach property market, Jacqueline is the best person to talk with because she knows THIS market. So if you are someone who wants to buy into the Kirra Beach dream or someone who wants to take advantage of the bullish market conditions and sell at impressive prices, I can think of no other highly competent real estate professional than Mrs Jacqueline Chapman from Base Property Group.
