We found Jacqueline very focused on getting a sale (we were buyers on a time frame) until we signed a contract that is. After we had signed, any service quickly disappeared. She could not care less about us or how we were doing with the contract conditions or move process. She was unavailable to meet us for our pre-purchase inspection and when I phoned to ask about key collection, she simply said to go to the office and someone will give them to me - no welcome, no nothing. At one point, we were told that if we didn’t like a certain house, that she wouldn’t be able to help us at all. We were moving to a new area and to be honest, we almost walked away from the contract as conditions weren’t met and the issues with inspections, made it feel like the wrong move. She phoned to tell me that she had to take a cut in commission to get the contract signed and then had the nerve to send a text asking for a 5 star rating! No 5 stars here I’m afraid. If you want an agent focused on her sale income, then Jacqueline is right for you. Good luck!
