Jacqueline was easy to deal with, communicated regularly and negotiated a sale price close to the asking price. Unlike a lot of agents, Jacqueline did not try to convince us to accept offers substantially lower than the asking price. It is important to have an agent who works with the vendor to set a realistic selling price and then works hard to achieve the price. I have dealt with agents who talk up the price to get the listing, Jacqueline did not do this. Finally, Jacqueline has a dedicated team of people working behind the scene.
