The difference main between Jacqueline and the others agents who offered their services in selling my fathers home was her enthusiasm and confidence in getting the job done. Other agents actually talked the house down to get a low selling price for a quick sale and therefore quick commission but Jacqueline new the right price to market at with a view to getting the right sale price, which was actually above the price which i had set from my own research of prices in the area.
