I engaged Jacki to act both as my property manager for 4 years and then as selling agent for that property. Could not fault her performance. Always communicated issues with the property, arranged minor maintenance without fuss and sought my advice on larger issues. The sale, although pretty straightforward, was handled well. Jacki is well respected in the community and knows the local market well. Almost uniquely in my experience, she actually recommended a higher list price than I thought was in line with the market. Her market knowledge was clearly spot on as I ended up selling for close to list price and beyond my expectations. I would not hesitate to list with Jacki in the future, and would definitely use her again as a property manager.
