Jacqueline knocked on my door over 12 months ago and offered no obligation advice then and contacted me periodically since on a friendly basis without any sales pressure. When the decision was made to sell it was a no brainer for me that Jacqueline would be my agent. Coincidentally she made contact 2 weeks before I had decided to contact her. Jackie was able to sell my apartment in Colombo St. Mitcham within a matter of days, while a prominent agent in Blackburn (who will remain nameless), had been trying to sell one or both of the two apartments that I own in that same apartment block, for at least a couple of years without even an offer worthy of consideration. Jackie procured an offer that was worthy of consideration prior to the first OFI, however I elected not to accept it and within a day or two of the first OFI she had a better offer that I was happy to accept. I was more than happy with all aspects of the sale process and would recommend her to anyone considering selling a property as she isn't your "typical agent".
