We viewed the property on two occasions prior to making an offer. One both occasions Jacqui allowed to freely move around the house, making up our own minds, allowing us to freely discuss any items we felt were necessary to do so in private. My initial thoughts were that anyone could sell real estate and to those involved it was easy money. How wrong was I! When selling a property you need to have someone that understands the local market and has a good grasp on the marketing strategies that work in the area. You also need to engage someone that has vast experience and the type of personality that you feel comfortable dealing with, as well as the drive to work long hours to get that sale. We were lucky to find all these aspects in the one package, Jacqui. I cannot believe the persistence she showed each week providing Open Houses, Private Viewings, Marketing and follow up calls to potential clients, all the time providing us with feed back and keeping the communication channels open to let us know where things were at, no matter what the time of day or evening.
