Jacqui is an outstanding agent and an exceptional negotiator. Throughout the process she provided honest, experienced advice, communicated clearly, and always followed through on what she said she would do. Her knowledge of the local market and ability to navigate negotiations made all the difference. Most importantly, she simply gets the job done. Highly recommended.
We recently sold our home with Jacqui Crapp and Maddy Crapp, and couldn't be happier with the result. From day one their communication was excellent — we always knew what was happening and never had to chase them for updates. The end result was a sale price that exceeded our expectations, and the whole process felt smooth and low-stress from start to finish. We'd recommend Jacqui and Maddy to anyone selling their home.
We had excellent, regular communications with Jacqui, which made all the difference throughout the selling period. Jacqui is very professional and has a lovely enthusiasm and warm approach, all of which were so helpful. The whole team were great too.
Great communication through the whole process. Impressive market knowledge and negotiating skills. Very professional. I have dealt with Jacqueline before with the purchase of the same property ten years ago. Which was the reason why I chose Jacqueline to sell the property for me now. I can not speak too highly of her credentials.
Jacqui provided experience and advise when decision time arrived. I have always appreciated her expertise and professionalism. Couldn't recommend her more highly.
It was a stress free experience. Jacqui handled everything without any fuss. Even recommended a great conveyancer. Sold at my top price and very quickly. Highly recommended.
