The block of land we were selling was 45km south of Tamworth and Jacquie made the trip regularly, simply to install a new FOR SALE sign, as a neighbour kept taking it down as he didn't want anyone to build next to him. Well, he picked on the wrong agent, as Jacquie always made sure a sign was visible, and it was for this reason a passer by saw our land, liked it and bought it! Eighteen months prior, we were selling our house in the same area. A couple from the Central Coast were travelling up for the day, just to inspect our house. The house had basic furniture, but we were no longer living there, so Jacquie bought some Devonshire Afternoon Tea with her (including a kettle for a hot cuppa) made the clients at home and the rest, as they say, is history...!
