Jacqui and her fantastic team go way beyond the normal Real Estate Service. Even after the deal is done and dusted they are there to help and support one. As an eighth-seven year old I thought I had seen everything; after all back in the eighties, I had worked as an Agent. Well, I was surprised at their continual excellent service that went beyond settlement. From day one Jacqui and the team's attention to detail was spot on. They stayed in touch reporting regularly. Jacqui was only a phone call away and if busy ALWAYS returned my calls. Open Houses were reported accurately and normally later that day. One team member was appointed to look after me and that was the one person who kept me up-to-date and informed. On occasion, I did meet other team members and was impressed by their understanding of where my sale was at. It takes very hard work and dedication to run a sales campaign after all it's not just your home they are working with!
