We had two inspections of the property prior to making an offer on it. The agents were able to answer any questions we had and to meet us at the house at a time suitable for us. Our questions were to do with ownership of adjoining properties (undeveloped), septic to sewerage conversion, runoff from bank on the eastern side. We were satisfied we knew the property well enough to offer a price.
