I am the purchaser of a Unit in East Toowoomba. Jacqui and her team acted on behalf of the vendor/developer. It was a tricky transaction as it was an off-the-plan purchase and took much longer to reach a settlement than was originally expected. This delay was beyond the control of all parties but was extremely frustrating. Jacqui and her team were very professional but at the same time, extremely personable and communicative. In every interaction with Jacqui, she was immediately responsive to my requests and concerns. She was unfailingly positive, obliging, and courteous. When I was feeling anxious, Jacqui was able to diffuse the situation and remain upbeat. I would not hesitate to recommend Jacqui and her team to any vendor. Selling a home can sometimes be a hard journey to walk but Jacqui was so kind and compassionate and made the whole process so easy. Right from the minute she walked in the door she knew the price we would get for the house, which was beyond what I thought was possible, and she sold it for that price! The whole process was so quick and easy but she still made the time to make sure I was looked after every step of the way.

I have sold 3 houses , this was by far the most worst experience. I wasn’t ment to be contacted due to my severe anxiety, 3 times I’d let agent know to go through a selected party , and that never happened. My solicitor was treated as if stupid . I have two more houses to sell but I would not recommend this agent we had to anyone, it was all hurry , hurry I want my commission.
