Jacqui knew her market, she sold our house for far more then we hoped!

We asked several agents to look and give us the best price that they could get us for the property, we ended up with a low, midrange(this was our estimated value) and Jacqui,s price which was 50000 above that. It seemed a huge price and one to be excited about, I was skeptical about promises but didnt want to sell ourselves short either. We gave Jacqui the listing only after she reassured us that she was confident she could get the asking price and would not have to reduce the price
