She was by far the best manager we have ever encountered and very superior to large national firms in all aspects. She gets things done and is easy to contact and talk to. When it came to selling our property she excelled even further. We discussed the timing and strategy of the sale and the best management of the lease and the kindest approach for our reliable tenants. Her knowledge of the St. Lucia area, the property market and the likely buyers was encyclopaedic. She gave us excellent advice, all of which rang true during the sale.
