Took my call on a public holiday and facilitated inspection in lead up to auction. Provided information and kept up to date before and after auction.

Jade was great to deal with - she was warm, friendly and incredibly easy to communicate with. She was always accessible when we needed support, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. Every query was followed up promptly - on the spot, and she struck the perfect balance of being responsive while still giving us space when viewing the property, there was never any pressure.

Jade was very professional when interacting with me about timings on photos etc. Her lovely demeanor when greeting buyers meant that all parties felt at ease whilst visiting my property.
