I would like to thank Jade for her help in securing both a good tenant for my unit at Eynesbury and, ultimately, securing a sale. She was professional and timely, and provided updates at the appropriate time. Though the price secured was ultimately lower than what I had hoped for, it was a good professional relationship, considering that I am hundreds of miles away in Singapore. I would recommend her to other tenants if they wish to rent out or sell their properties.

Excellent experience

If you are looking to sell your home by a true professional, then look no further. Jade's knowledge of the market and her honesty allows vendors clarity and sets the expectations in the process and desired outcome of the campaign. Jade and Roxanne communicated clearly and frequently by phone in lieu of email. This allowed a clear understanding of the topic being discussed. Jade has been by far the best real estate agent we have ever used. Her honesty and professionalism is exemplary. It has been a real privilege getting to know her and working with her on the recent sale of our home.

During the sale of our property we used Jade and Roxanne. There knowledge and professional approach was clear from the first conversation. During the sale phase they kept us well informed on what was occurring, offers that were made and gave communicated clearly the feedback. After the contract was signed they continued to offer support, provide guidance and assist us with the finalisation of the Sale.
