Jade has been exceptionally helpful. She was considerate of all of my circumstances and dealt with me in a very professional but also personal way. I felt completely confident that she would work hard to get the best outcome for me and kept me informed of every step in the process. Her work ethic was amazing- there were often texts, phone calls and emails that were made way outside of office hours.
