Well Jade has surprised us once again. Sold our spare block twelve months ago, but really surprised us this year when we thought we would try selling the house which we renovated, and have lived in quite happily for four years ( really didn’t think it would happen ). Jade would have to be one of the most honest, and “fair dinkum” agents we have ever had to deal with! C Still can’t believe, as we prepare for our travelling that Jade got exactly what we were after - basically a “Walk-in-Walk-Out” situation. This meant not having to do the Garage Sale Business. My wife and I have been looking for a more suitable house for at least the past 18 months. Our house at North Boambee Valley is double story on a fairly steep block and as my wife had to undergo hip surgery, we decided to find a suitable house on a more level block. Initially we were looking for vacant land and build a house, however the waiting time for a new hose was well over 12 months. As Coffs Harbour has become difficult to get around due to very high traffic density, we decided to look at a smaller location. Jade showed us a house on average land which we would have bought immediately, however we were not able to act quickly at the time as our house sale was not completed. Subsequently Jade found a house new to the market in Dorrigo and with Jade’s help with negotiations, we were able to provide a deposit bond and exchange contracts. We would not have been able to secure the property without Jade’s help and we will always be indebted to Jade for her help. My wife and I are in our late seventies and age pensioners, which means we are unable to borrow from the major banks nowadays. In a ‘hot’ property market as now, it is very difficult to be successful with property purchase even though our house is valuable and unencumbered. Thank you very much for all your help, Jade.
